I am also in business and fully appreciate what true customer service really is. Steve gave me that service. He and his staff willingly did all the consultation with my insurer, gave me a ride home and advised me in advance when the vehicle would be ready. The service provided was very natural, courteous, efficient and competent. A rarity in today’s business environment. It appeared obvious to me that Steve and his staff enjoyed and take pride in what they do and in my opinion they all are a definite asset and great ambassadors to your organisation.
